Casino Rep get back to us and clarified this case. We’ve been told that you received the funds after which you closed your account. The problem was that you had to wager your deposit at least 3 times before you become able to withdraw the money.
Per T&C:
“12.16 Money deposited in the Casino must be used for gaming activity. Due to this, all deposits need to be wagered at least three (3) times. “
My verification was accepted, but now they invented new trick to keep my money; my withdrawals of 450€ were refused, claiming I haven’t fulfilled wagering demands. The point is that I didn’t take any bonuses which need to be wagered.
